Quick Pickled Onions

    1 jar = 1/2 onion

These are great on pretty much anything and nice to keep on hand during summertime grilling season.

    Directions

    Step1

    Thinly slice red onion. Place onions in a pint mason jar.

    Step2

    In a small saucepan combine apple cider vinegar, water and sugar. Bring to a boil.

    Step3

    Carefully pour hot liquid into onion jar and apply lid. Allow to cool on counter and then refrigerate. Enjoy!
